Mission of IPV (NPO)
IPV aims to contribute to more efficient and higher quality work in the food industry through training, advice, and other initiatives.
Specifically, IPV intends to:
- Strengthen the competencies
- of current employees so that they can perform their work more efficiently and maintain a lasting advantage in the job market.
- of future employees (youth, job seekers, and temporary workers) and guide them towards employment within the sector.
- of former employees in their search for other work within and outside the sector.
- with special attention to risk groups.
- Support the growth of food companies by assisting them with
- the recruitment of competent employees.
- learning initiatives for their employees.
- the development of sustainable personnel policies.
- the improvement of labor organization.
- with particular attention to the workability and quality of labor.
For tailored coaching and training for your company, as well as open training sessions, you can receive subsidies if the participants fall under one of the following joint committees:
- PC 118 (workers in the food industry)
- PC 220 (employees in the food industry)
- Temporary workers active in PC 118 and 220 can also participate under the same favorable conditions.
For our open training sessions, you can receive €120 per day/€60 per half-day with a maximum of 3 participants.
For tailored in-company training, you can receive €360 per day/€180 per half-day starting from 4 participants.
