As Coaching The Shift, we would like to contribute to a world where everyone has the opportunities to grow and thrive. Therefore, we work in both the profit and non-profit sectors. Each year, we donate a portion of our income to charities. This year, we established the 'Nelson Mandela Scholarship' and chose to support several Kiwanis projects that are close to our hearts.
Mandela Scholarship
Just like Nelson Mandela, we believe that education is the cornerstone of development and growth. Each year, we sponsor one participant under the age of 26 to attend our 'Professional Coach Training Program'. In this way, we put into practice what we believe in: a world where co-creation, connection, and wonder arise. It is surprising what diversity brings to our groups!
Kiwanis Niviala
Kiwanis Niviala Hansbeke is a service club that raises funds for local underprivileged children through various actions and events.
We sponsor them to support more children together. Currently, Niviala is raising funds for projects such as De Kiekenstraat and Viblo Leieland.
