Open dialogue

= A respectful conversation between different people, driven by the desire to truly understand each other. With a willingness to be inspired by each other's perspectives and thus collectively arrive at new insights that could not have been reached without the dialogue.

You learn to listen with genuine curiosity and ask powerful questions that enable a true understanding of each other, leading to unprecedented solutions together. You quickly get to the essence of the conversation, speak plainly, and open yourself to other perspectives. Innovative ideas and solutions emerge from co-creation.
